Fursuit commission prices
How much does a custom fursuit cost?
Every fursuit and furry costume is quoted to your character, so the honest answer is: it depends on what you're building. Here's exactly what affects the price, plus the starting prices we publish.
What affects your quote
What goes into a fursuit price
Coverage
A head, a partial (head, hand paws and tail) or a fullsuit. More pieces means more patterning and sewing.
Style
Kemono and Toony heads are built differently, from eye style to face shape.
Markings & colours
Every extra marking is patterned, cut and sewn in. Complex patterns take longer than solid colours.
Leg style
Digitigrade bodysuits add padding for an animal leg shape; plantigrade suits follow human legs.
Hair & extras
Wigs, hair, horns, accessories and other extras are priced into your quote.
Reference sheet
A clear ref sheet is required. If you need one drawn, that's quoted separately.
Published prices
Fursuit prices by commission type
Starting prices are for a standard build. Heads, partials and fullsuits vary too much between characters to list a fair fixed price, so they're quoted individually.
| Commission | What's included | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Fullsuits | Head, body, hand paws, feet paws and tail, built as one matching character, sized to your measurements. | Quoted to your design |
| Partials | Head, hand paws and tail (feet paws optional). The most popular way to start with a full character look. | Quoted to your design |
| Fursuit heads | Foam-carved or resin-based heads with your choice of eyes, expression and fur. The centrepiece of any suit. | Quoted to your design |
| Hand paws | Made to order in your character's colours, with paw-pad and claw options. | From $200 |
| Feet paws | Indoor or outdoor soles, sized to your measurements and matched to your suit. | From $300 |
| Tails | Custom shape, length and markings, with a belt loop or clip attachment. | From $150 |
| Character neon sign | A neon light of your fursona, made to order from your reference. | From $250 |
Prices in USD. Your final quote confirms the price before you pay anything.

How much does a custom fursuit cost?
It depends on coverage and design. Parts have published starting prices; heads, partials and fullsuits are quoted individually because markings, style and extras change the work involved. Quotes are free and don't commit you to anything.
Why don't you list a fixed price for fullsuits?
Two fullsuits can differ hugely in work: a two-colour plantigrade suit and a heavily marked digitigrade suit are not the same build. Quoting from your reference keeps the price tied to your actual character.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping and insurance are included in your final quote. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the buyer.
Can I spread the cost?
Orders under $500 are paid in full upfront. Larger orders start with an upfront, non-refundable payment, and payment plans may be available on select orders.
