Repairs & refurbishment
Fursuit repairs, starting with an honest assessment
Split seams, tired fur or a fursuit head that's lost its shape? Send photos and we'll give you an honest assessment of what can realistically be done before you ship anything.

What we can look at
Common repair requests
Every suit is different, so these are starting points. We'll confirm what's possible for yours after seeing photos.
Seam & stitching repairs
Split seams, torn liners, loose zippers and detached parts.
Fur replacement & patching
Matted, stained or bald areas re-furred or patched to match.
Head refurbishment
Foam reshaping, new eyes, re-shaving and loose-part fixes.
Alterations & refits
Resizing bodysuits, paws or tails to fit a new wearer.
We can't guarantee every suit can be repaired. Some materials, adhesives or earlier repairs make a good fix impractical, and we'll say so rather than take the job.
How it works
From photos to a refreshed suit
Describe the issue
Tell us what's damaged, the original maker if known, and what you'd like fixed.
Upload photos
Add clear photos of each piece plus close-ups of every problem area.
Request assessment
Submit the form. This asks for an assessment; it doesn't commit you to anything.
Receive a quote
We tell you honestly whether we can fix it well, and send a quote and shipping instructions if we can.
Confirm the repair
Accept the quote, then ship the suit. Don't send anything before we confirm.
Repair intake
Request a repair assessment
Photos that help us assess quickly:
- The whole piece, front and back, in good light
- Close-ups of each damaged area
- Inside the head (foam, lining, eyes) if relevant
- Any maker tag or label
Covered by our warranty? Mention your order in the notes. See the warranty terms.
Can you repair a suit made by another maker?
Send us photos and we'll assess it. Whether we can take it on depends on the construction, materials and damage; we'll tell you honestly if it's not something we can fix well.
What information do you need for a repair assessment?
Clear photos of the whole piece and close-ups of each problem area, the original maker if known, the suit's age and history, and what you'd like fixed.
Does submitting the form mean my repair is accepted?
No. The form requests an assessment. We confirm whether we can take the job and send a quote before anything is shipped to us.
Is my commission covered by warranty?
Commissions from us include a 6-month limited warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects such as seam failures or structural foam issues. It does not cover wear and tear, washing damage or misuse. Shipping both ways is the buyer's responsibility.
How should I care for my suit?
Air-dry the head and parts after every wear, brush fur gently with a pet slicker brush, and spot-clean rather than machine-wash unless your maker says otherwise. Store it somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight.
